Reese is an award-winning social entrepreneur, community-builder & speaker
In 2019, He founded ISSIA, Hong Kong’s largest youth-led nonprofit, which mobilised 500+ volunteers across 80 schools, launched over 30 projects and was recognised by the UN and Nasdaq. The organisation continues to champion project-based learning and social impact.
Reese is a 2024 Diana Award recipient, an Aspen UK Rising Leader and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, where he served as one of the youngest Curators. He has delivered more than 100 talks to over 5,000 at international conferences, universities and global forums.
His professional experience spans emerging technology and AI policy at the U.S. Department of State, the UK DSIT and the House of Commons. He also contributed to global strategy and biosecurity work at the UK Health Security Agency, and previously held roles at AmCham HK, Linklaters and Ashoka.
Reese is the Founder of the Potentia Fellowship and Ripple Social Club, initiatives that build next-generation talent ecosystems at the intersection of public policy, entrepreneurship and technology.
He studied BSc International Relations at the London School of Economics (LSE).
