Reese is a changemaker and community-builder, driven by a desire to lead, innovate and catalyze social impact.
At age 16, Reese founded ISSIA HK, a youth-led non-profit that cultivates global citizenship and empowers young changemakers through peer-to-peer and project-based learning.
Since 2019, ISSIA has involved 300+ students from 80+ schools, launching 30+ projects as Hong Kong's largest youth-led nonprofit. His work has been featured across 15+ media platforms including Nasdaq.
As an advocate, Reese has spoken at over 60+ speaking engagements, which has included appearances at the World Humanitarian Forum and Asia Pacific International Schools Conference. He has spoken alongside civil servants, youth leaders and leading social entrepreneurs.
As a passionate advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Reese was selected as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Future Minds 25 Under 25 and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Reese has previously worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, in addition to Ashoka, the world's largest community of social entrepreneurs.
