Reese is a social entrepreneur, community-builder and speaker aiming to catalyze social impact.
At age 16, Reese founded ISSIA HK, an award-winning youth-led nonprofit that empowers young changemakers through peer-to-peer and project-based learning.
Since 2019, ISSIA has involved 500+ students from 80+ schools, launching 30+ projects as Hong Kong's largest youth-led nonprofit. His work has been featured across 15+ platforms including Nasdaq.
Reese has spoken at over 100+ engagements, including at the World Humanitarian Forum and the Asia Pacific International Schools Conference. He regularly speaks alongside entrepreneurs, educators and activists.
As a social impact champion, Reese has bee recognised as a WEF Global Shaper, Diana Award Winner, Aspen UK Rising Leader, Future Minds 25 Under 25 and a YF Advisory Board Member at the Royal Society of Arts.
Reese previously worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, in addition to Ashoka. He also has experiences at the U.S. State Department, UK Civil Service, McKinsey, Linklaters and more.
Reese's recent roles include: Founder of Micromeetup, Managing Director of London Strategic Consulting, Curator of World Economic Forum Global Shapers (London Hub II) and Chairman of LSE Entrepreneurs.
